Hollodex d.o.o. offers its clients a range of services in the field of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, technical plans, precision air-conditioning, automation, central control system and other related activities for those installations. All their services are designed in a way to meet the demands of clients, primarily taking into account the quality. Hollodex has a lot of paper documents coming in and out of the company. So they needed to track documents flow for better execution.
Track documents flow
In Hollodex we implemented izzedo updrive app. They every day receive a lot of documents. Now they first scan it, create a case and send it to right organization unit to execution. In organization unit there are employees who work on those cases, add new documents, attach files etc… When a case is done, they can send it through mail or send it to archive. On this way, they track documents flow in an efficient way.
With izzedo updrive they have now one database for all their company files in one application.
We helped Hollodex to migrate all data from the old system. Their old system had option only to insert data, not track documents flow. After successful migration, we worked on data cleansing and inserting missing data. So in very short time they have could start work in the new system.
With izzedo updrive, people in Hollodex now have the big database of their partners. They can connect cases and documents with their partners. They created very important database for their business.
On this installation, we implemented also izzedo webscan software. With it, in Hollodex now can digitalize any paper document. It helps to reduce the amount of paper in the company. Employees now can work more with documents in digital forms. Also now they do not have to keep all old documents in archive.
